Chef and Food

Is the Chef Included in the Price ?
Yes. The chef, as well as his wife who assists him in the kitchen, serving the guests, as well as cleaning , are both included in the price of your stay. 
We serve 3 meals a day. Staff hours are from 7:30 AM to 10 PM. 
Does the Chef Buy the Food ?
Yes. The chef will go to the market and purchase all necessary food and drinks required for your meals at no additional cost.

Are the Food and Drinks Included ?
No. All food consumed will be charged at cost of purchase. You will be given a complete bill detailing each of these items (including receipts) at the end of your stay (or sooner upon request). Feel free to purchase anything on your own and the chef (Tello) will prepare it to your taste!
Does the Staff live in the House ?
Yes. The staff live in the home in a completely separate area from the guests. They are available 24/7 in case of emergency.

Do the Rooms have Air Conditioning ?
Yes. Each and every room has its own modern, individually controlled air conditioning unit.
Do the Rooms have Ceiling Fans ?
Yes, they all have ceiling fans in addition to the A/C units.
Do the rooms have Safety Deposit Boxes ?
Yes, each room has their own safety deposit box.

Location/Transportation

Arrival and Departure Hours ?
You may arrive or depart at the hour you find most convenient. Our schedule is completely flexible.
How Far is Ixtapa from the Villa ?
It is about a 5 minute drive
How far is Zihuatanejo from the Villa ?
It’s about a 10 minute drive.
Airport Pick-up ? How far is the Airport from the Villa ?
Yes… We will pick you up free of charge at the airport. The driver will be waiting for your arrival, holding a sign with your name one it. The airport is about a 20 to 25 minute drive to the villa.
Is it Necessary to Rent a Car ?
It shouldn’t be necessary, the taxi service is convenient and inexpensive for local transportation.

Your Deposit…

Is My Deposit Refundable ? What are the Cancellation Policies ?
In order to secure your stay, a 40% deposit of the total anticipated payment is required (contact owner for details).
Should you unfortunately need to cancel, and it is at least 6 months prior to your anticipated date of arrival, your deposit will be returned to you in full. If your cancellation date lands between 3 months and less than 6 months, we will gladly reimburse 70% of your deposited amount.
